Over the past 20 years, Kim established her reputation as one of the most respected names in luxury real estate and has become highly knowledgeable of many sought after communities representing both buyers and sellers, such as Wedgewood, Powers Lake, Dancing Waters, and Stonemill Farms in Woodbury, as well as other homes in the Eastern suburbs, such as Afton, West Lakeland Township, Baytown Township, Lake Elmo, Stillwater, North Oaks, and Cottage Grove, to name a few. Given Kim’s extensive network, on many occasions she has sold homes before they were even listed on the market.

Experience:

Prior to Keller Williams, Kim was a new home consultant for Kootenia Homes, a custom home builder with multiple awards to their portfolio, such as the prestigious Reggie, Trillium and HAP awards. Kim represented Kootenia for over fifteen years selling homes and properties and in her last year for Michael Lee Inc., a division of Kootenia Homes. Kim began her career in the mid 90’s with Bearpath Golf & Country Club in Eden Prairie, an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus.

Personal:

Born and raised in the Twin Cities, Kim moved to Woodbury in 1980 and has never left the community. Kim and her husband John (a Woodbury native) have two children. They have built three homes in Woodbury and in 1998 settled in their Kootenia built home in the community of Wedgewood.
