Bailey’s Arbor is one of the Woodbury MN real estate market’s most desirable communities. This development is built on the site that was once the Bailey Nursery, hence the name. In keeping with the origins of the land, The Arbor features single family homes as well as townhomes in an arboretum-themed neighborhood.
Bailey’s Arbor residents have access to two pools, seven and a half miles of walking trails, a series of themed community gardens, tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds, children’s play area and many open green spaces for it’s residents to enjoy every day all year.

The arboretum, with it more formal landscape, flows into an expansive preserve. These trails lead through a restored oak savanna and continue around ponds and wetlands. As it matures to its natural state, it will be an unfolding story our community can continue to enjoy. The arboretum is comprised of a large number of flowers, greens, and an ever changing seasonal landscape.
