Keller Williams is proud to announce that Kim Ziton has been named one of “2011 Super Real Estate Agents”, by Minneapolis/St. Paul Magazine andTwin Cities Business, and Crescendo Business Services (the programs independent quantitative marketing company based in Eagan). The list of Super Real Estate Agents this year represents 574, some of the best in the industry, as Minnesota is home to over 23,000 real estate agents. Super Real Estate Agents receiving this distinction represent fewer than 4% of all licensed real estate agents in Minnesota.
More than 120,000 members of the Twin Cities community identify individuals from various groups that have an opportunity to make a nomination, including recent homebuyers, sellers, metropolitan mortgage and title companies and past Super Real Estate agents. The grading used to nominate a real estate agent is based on nine criteria: integrity, market knowledge, closing preparation, communication, customer service, negotiation skills, finding the right home, marketing of a home, and overall satisfaction. The sales volume of an agent does not play a role in the selection process.
Nominees are scored, screened for disciplinary actions and reviewed by a distinguished panel of real estate industry leaders to come up with the annual list.
More than half of all nominators of the Super Agents indicated that personal integrity was the number one attribute they look for in selecting an agent.
