Prior to Keller Williams, Kim was a new home consultant for Kootenia Homes, a custom home builder with multiple awards to their portfolio, such as the prestigious Reggie, Trillium and HAP awards. Kim represented Kootenia for over fifteen years selling homes and properties and in her last year for Michael Lee Inc.
Kim has sold in areas such as Dancing Waters and Wedgewood in Woodbury; Farms of Lake Elmo; North Oaks; Snail Lake Landing in Shoreview; and Broadmoor in Inver Grove Heights. Kim began her career in the mid 90’s with Bearpath Golf & Country Club in Eden Prairie, an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus.
Born and raised in the Twin Cities, Kim moved to Woodbury in 1980 when she was a young girl and has never left the community. Kim and her husband John (a Woodbury native) have built three homes and in 1998 settled in their Kootenia built home in the community of Wedgewood.
Kim has successfully branded herself as an individual with tenacity, unquestionable market knowledge, and has an extraordinary keen eye for detail. Given her previous role, Kim has gained a unique level of experience understanding the evolution and complexity of a home in new construction. When you spend time with Kim you quickly realize her passion and ability to envision a home from the studs to the finish product and everything in between. Kim brings the creativity to help the buyer recognize a home’s potential. She has a track record of success dealing with complex opportunities relative to people, marketing strategy, structure, and a philosophy to satisfy the needs of her clients.

Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation is a prestigious recognition of experience, which has been met by performance standards in the upper tier market, knowledge and expertise in the luxury home market. Certified Residential Specialist is a designation for Realtors who have completed advanced courses and have demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate. Kim is a member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, which is for real estate professionals who have received specialized training in marketing luxury residences and in assisting upper-tier buyers and sellers. Through the Institute Kim also has a membership with the International Real Estate Network Proxio. Additionally, Kim has been recognized by the prestigious Institute for Luxury Home Marketing for her recent performance in the million-dollar and above luxury home market and has met stringent performance standards and has earned a membership of the Million Dollar Guild.
